Barry Whatley provides leadership and resources for French speaking Canadians and Africans in the areas of church health and revitalization, church planting and leadership development.
Through Rethink Development, a partnership between Outreach Canada and Partners Trust International Church, Barry is involved in building capacity for pastors and community leaders in Burundi.
